Frequently Asked Questions

It is very common for our new clients to have questions; especially if you have never been to an attorney's office before.  Below are some frequently asked questions that are designed to familiarize you with your first visit to our law firm.  However, there is no legal advice provided here; instead you will have the opportunity to ask your legal questions to the attorney directly.  Should you have a nonlegal question that is not answered here, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we may answer it for you and update our FAQ list.

01

What happens during my first office visit?

During your first office visit we will provide you with the opportunity for you to explain your case and we will discuss your legal problems in depth, provide you with various solutions and recommend the best legal solution.  We will also discuss payment and fees.  Since every case is unique, you will receive the personal attention you deserve.

02

Do you provide free consultations?

YES!  As a courtesy to our customers, we provide free consultations in most cases.

03

Will I speak to an attorney?

Yes!  We understand that at one point or another you have had to hire a professional and instead of meeting the professional you were left in the hands of an assistant.  At our law firm we pride ourselves in having a Florida Licensed Attorney who will provide personal attention to each and every one of our clients.

05

Will my conversation with the attorney be kept confidential?

Absolutely!  We strive to maintain your confidentiality at all times.  Everything you say during your first office visit will be kept confidential.

06

What if I am late or cannot make my appointment?

We understand that things come up in life that are unpredictable.  We only ask you to contact our office as soon as possible and let us know that you are running late or would like to reschedule; this way we can be more efficient in attending to all of our clients and provide you with better service.

07

Once I hire your law firm what are my payment options?

We accept cash, checks and credit cards.  We also offer the flexibility of payment plans.

08

How will I know the status of my case?

Often when we have a legal matter pending it is very natural to want to know what is happening with your case.  Rest assured that you will be kept well informed of every important aspect of your case as we proceed with it.  However, should at any time you wish to know the status of your case, please contact us right away.  The best way to contact us is via email.
